Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we are accepting custom orders. 


Can your potions be consumed?
No—our potions are not for consumption. While some are water-based and non-toxic, others include materials that should never be ingested. Every potion is sealed for display or prop use only. Please always read the product descriptions carefully, especially if you're unsure about the ingredients.


How long do your color-changing potions last?
Forever—if you show them a little love! Our color-shifting brews will continue to settle and swirl beautifully when shaken, but they do best when picked up and swirled every now and then. If left untouched for long periods (think a year or more), the pigments may settle thickly at the bottom. This is something to keep in mind if you’re storing them seasonally, like with Halloween décor.


Do they need any special care?
Not much, but a few things help preserve their magic:

  • Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade the pigments over time. A bright room is fine—just keep them off sunny windowsills.

  • Extreme temperatures (too hot or cold) can damage the wax or even cause the glass to crack, so indoor storage is best.

  • Glow-in-the-dark and light-up potions need occasional exposure to light to recharge their glow.


How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 5–8 business days after payment is received. We ship via USPS Priority when the shipping cost allows.
If you've selected express shipping, please send us a message so we can prioritize your order.

We automatically combine shipping costs based on weight. Sometimes the system overestimates on large orders—if that happens, we’ll refund the excess. Placed multiple orders during the same restock? Message us and we’ll do our best to box them together and return any extra shipping charges.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide—except to the UK and EU due to current regulations.

Please note: we’re unable to combine multiple international orders into one package, as this can interfere with customs declarations.


How do you package your potions? Are they safe in transit?
Absolutely. Each bottle is wrapped in bubble wrap (or honeycomb paper for gift wrapping) and cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. We always prioritize protection over presentation when shipping.

Weather Note: If your order is delivered during freezing temperatures, please bring it inside promptly. Liquid expands when frozen, which can cause bottles to crack or burst.


Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Yes! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Here's how it works:

  • Returns & exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship returns: Within 21 days of delivery

  • Cancellations: Within 24 hours of purchase

Returns are accepted for items in their original condition. If your potion arrives damaged, we’ll cover return shipping. If you're returning it for personal reasons (change of heart, size expectations, etc.), the return shipping is your responsibility.

In the case of replacements unrelated to breakage, we’ll provide a return label to send the original item back.

Occasional leaks can happen due to air pressure in transit. If you notice moisture, leave the bottle to dry out for a day or two—most will reseal naturally (magic really is involved). If the leak continues or the item is damaged after drying, we’re happy to replace or refund it.

Please note: We reserve the right to limit returns or cancellations for repeat offenders.
